Immigrants have made important contributions throughout our nation’s history, and the Congresswoman is supportive of programs that ensure they are able to continue to live the American dream for generations to come. Specifically, she is supportive of President Obama’s executive actions on immigration, including the expansion of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and the creation of a new Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) program to offer temporary protection from removal to the parents of American citizens and lawful permanent residents.
