• Sri Srinivasan is one of the finest appellate lawyers in the country and I am pleased that the Senate moved quickly with his confirmation. As the first Asian Pacific American judge to be confirmed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the nation•’s second most powerful court, Mr. Srinivasan is an inspiration to the Asian Pacific American community.
