• On behalf of California•’s 5th Congressional District, I congratulate Justice Kagan on her confirmation to the US Supreme Court. Elena•’s extensive background and achievements attest to her exceptional intelligence and exemplary character. I have had the privilege of working with Justice Kagan during the Clinton Administration and am confident that she will be a valuable addition to the Bench.
