Congresswoman Matsui Commemorates May as Mental Health Month
CA• As a co-sponsor of the Congressional resolution designating May as Mental Health Awareness Month (H.Res. 1258), Congresswoman Matsui today expressed her commitment to raising the issues of mental health awareness.
• It is critical to the health and security of our community that we continue to help and support Sacramentans affected by mental illness,• said Rep. Matsui. • There remains much work left to be done to raise awareness of mental illness in Sacramento and around the country.
