Congresswoman Matsui Congratulates Siemens on New San Francisco Muni Contract

CA - Today, Congresswoman Doris Matsui (CA-06) released the following statement congratulating Siemens on being chosen to manufacture new, next generation light rail cars for San Francisco Muni:

"I congratulate Siemens on being chosen to manufacture new, next generation light rail cars for San Francisco Muni. Once again, Siemens and their Sacramento employees have proved to be a leader in advancing technological innovation. Now is the time to produce cleaner, more efficient transportation options, and with Siemens' help, the Sacramento region is leading the charge. Once again I congratulate Siemens and look forward to seeing these vehicles roll out of Sacramento!"
