Must be in Sacramento County Drainage Responsibility Area. 20 bags per person and residents must bring their own shovel.

West Sacramento

Port of West Sacramento (2895 Industrial Blvd)
- 15 bags per person and residents must bring their own shovel. Bags are at the guard shack and sand is available at the port entrance near railroad tracks
Public Works Building (1915 South River Road).
- Only bags are available at this site. Go to port for sand.

Elk Grove

City recommends using hardware supply stores to prepare sandbags. City sandbag distribution is only for emergencies and emergency flood fighting.

More sandbag locations will open if the threat of additional flooding grows.

Sacramento County supplies the sand and bags, but residents will need to bring a shovel. There is a 20-bag limit per visit.
