In order to assist local small businesses in tough economic times,Congresswoman Doris O. Matsui (D-Sacramento) announced that she will behosting a Small Business Opportunities Workshop for local businesses onTuesday, June 30th at the Sacramento State Alumni Center. Theworkshop's objective is to help small business owners learn more aboutthe resources available to them, including newly announced funds madeavailable through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA),and understand how to contract with the federal government.
