Rep. Doris Matsui Announces Release of $4.7 million in Energy Grants for City of Sacramento
DOE Funds Promote Local Energy Efficient and Conservation
Today, Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 10:00am, Congresswoman Doris O. Matsui (D-Sacramento) will help commemorate the recent installation of a 208 kilowatt (kW) solar panel array at the Plastic Package, Inc. manufacturing plant in North Sacramento. The solar panel array is just a part of the local business' efforts to move towards a more sustainable business practice, and will also help support northern California clean energy companies.
